Dustin O'Halloran
My favorite piece of music from the Marie Antoinette soundtrack was Opus 36 by Dustin O'Halloran. I recently downloaded his album "Piano Solos" and am very much enjoying it. His romantic yet modern compositions fit in perfectly with Yann Teirsen and Erik Satie. While poking around on his beautiful website (make sure to check out these love struck photos of the 18th century piano he played while recording for Marie Antoinette) I discovered this wonderful video illustrated by director Marco Morandi. Enjoy!
