Thai Night!

We had a fabulous home cooked Thai meal the other night. We had this salad, imbibed these garnished with fresh mint and had this for dessert. Yum! What are you cooking now that the weather has warmed up?

Well, the weather just warmed up here this weekend (crossing my fingers so it stays warm!) so I celebrated by kicking off grilling season! The joke that in Canada there are only two seasons: winter and grilling season! It's so true, you pretty much grill here until it's so cold that the food would freeze on the grill :)
I made delicious chicken with a tamarind BBQ sauce, and served it with a yummy cobb salad of baby greens, tomatoes, grapes, almonds, carrots, chickpeas, avocado and artichokes, with a tangy lime dressing. Oh, just thinking about it makes me hungry again!
