Yummy Dinner Becky!!!! Well, the weather just warmed up here this weekend (crossing my fingers so it stays warm!) so I celebrated by kicking off grilling season! The joke that in Canada there are only two seasons: winter and grilling season! It's so true, you pretty much grill here until it's so cold that the food would freeze on the grill :) I made delicious chicken with a tamarind BBQ sauce, and served it with a yummy cobb salad of baby greens, tomatoes, grapes, almonds, carrots, chickpeas, avocado and artichokes, with a tangy lime dressing. Oh, just thinking about it makes me hungry again!
