Before & After: Ornate Thrift Shop Frame

Found this ornate (and rather tacky!) plastic frame at the thrift shop for $1.

A simple coat of glossy black spray paint and it's now a perfectly outrageous place to showcase Holly Golightly's apartment. (The painting is by Fifi Flowers. Isn't she talented?)
