Gazpacho Love

Don't you love tomato season? I think I could eat gallons of Gazpacho and not get tired of it. Especially served with a nice toasty piece of garlic bruschetta and an ice cold glass of wine. Heaven.

P.S) I've realized that I often share my baking results, but not things I make for dinner. That's 'cause my dinner is usually hot and I want to eat it that way! A nice cold soup is easy to photograph & share & this photo came out beautifully. Food photography is really difficult I think. What are you having for dinner tonight?

  1. Mmmm... I love tomatoes. Can't say I've ever had Gazpacho though. I'm sure I would love it too.
