I made
this rum soaked Pineapple Upside Down Cake for our Easter celebration this year. The brown sugar really tuns the top into golden, gooey, caramely deliciousness . The recipe called for pecans, but I substituted the walnuts I had on hand. It was divine. What's cooking at your house lately?
