Homemade Frozen Pizza!

Who doesn't love homemade pizza? We certainly do, but often end up eating frozen pizza for convenience. So I decided to have a go at making my own homemade frozen pizza. It turned out wonderfully, so I thought I'd share it with y'all.

First, I made dough using this recipe. Then I did a quick pre-bake to seal the crust. Five minutes at four hundred degrees. After they were cooled, I brushed on a bit of olive oil.

Tomato paste, lots of fresh herbs and fresh pepper.

Mozarella and Pecorino cheeses, plus bacon, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Then, carefully wrapped in plastic and into the freezer with the whole lot until we needed a last minute dinner.

Twenty minutes at four hundred degrees and Buen Appetito! (I think I'll be making a quadruple batch next time 'round!)
