Who needs Mr. Potato Head to have fun with tubers?

I wanted to use up the potatoes in the pantry so Diane doesn't come home to those scary "eyes" they get after a month or two in their dark little storage space, but since we can't eat 'em (thanks to the pseudo Atkins plan), I had to get creative. I remembered making potato stamps in elementary school, but I think these little note cards have a bit more sophistication than the hearts and squares we did in fourth grade. I think they still retain that playful spirit (and they were pretty fun to make too). If they don't sell in my Etsy store, I can always use 'em myself.
